The 1:1 Beginner Blueprint Training is a private, hands-on training experience designed for aspiring nail technicians and beginners who are ready to build real confidence behind the nail table.
Whether you’re brand new to nails, currently in nail school, recently licensed, or simply feel like you never developed a strong foundation, this training gives you the opportunity to learn directly with Kelli in a one-on-one setting—at your pace, with personalized instruction and immediate feedback.
Choose the product system that best fits your goals: acrylic, builder gel, or Gel-X. You’ll learn the fundamentals of your chosen service while understanding not only what to do, but why you’re doing it.
Instead of trying to piece together techniques from countless videos, you’ll receive focused instruction, hands-on practice, and guidance tailored to your experience level and chosen nail system.

Acrylic Training
If you choose acrylic, your training will include:
- Understanding monomer, polymer, and brush control
- Proper liquid-to-powder ratio
- Acrylic pickup, placement, and control
- Bead consistency and product manipulation
- Building structure and apex with acrylic
- Tip application and/or sculpting fundamentals
- Filing and refining acrylic enhancements
- Troubleshooting lifting, cracking, bulky application, and uneven structure
Builder Gel Training
If you choose builder gel, your training will include:
- Understanding builder gel formulas and viscosity
- Proper application and product control
- Creating structure and apex with builder gel
- Overlay and extension fundamentals
- Preventing flooding, lifting, and uneven application
- Proper curing and lamp usage
- Filing and refining builder gel enhancements
- Troubleshooting common builder gel mistakes
Gel-X Training
If you choose Gel-X, your training will include:
- Understanding soft gel tips and product selection
- Proper sizing and tip fit
- Natural nail preparation for long-lasting retention
- Applying extend gel correctly
- Avoiding air pockets, flooding, and lifting
- Proper curing techniques
- Tip placement, structure, shaping, and refinement
- Creating a clean, durable Gel-X application
Because this is a private 1:1 training, we’ll also spend additional time on the areas where you need the most support. You’ll be able to ask questions throughout the day, receive corrections in real time, and practice with guidance instead of wondering whether you’re doing it correctly.
