SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Kandykrylix! We work hard to get your order packed safely and shipped as quickly as possible.


Processing Times

Unless otherwise noted, orders are processed within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Certain products may require additional processing time.

Estimated processing times include:

  • Standard Retail Orders: 3–5 business days
  • Wholesale Orders: 7–10 business days
  • Pre-Order Items: Up to 30 business days (unless otherwise stated)

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship together once all items are available.

If you would like available items shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.


Shipping Carriers

We currently ship through USPS and other carriers when appropriate.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Tracking Your Order

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after your shipping label has been created.

Please allow the carrier time to scan and process your package before requesting an update.


Shipping Delays

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Kandykrylix’s control.

Weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

We appreciate your patience during these situations.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property
  • Asking neighbors or household members
  • Contacting your local USPS office

USPS uses GPS delivery confirmation, which can often help locate misplaced deliveries.
