Welcome to Kandykrylix! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, services, educational programs, coaching, and any purchases made through our online store.
By accessing this website or purchasing from Kandykrylix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website and our services.
Our website is hosted through Shopify, which provides the secure e-commerce platform used to offer our products and services.
1. Eligibility

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, discontinue products, or cancel orders resulting from inaccurate pricing or inventory issues.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Reasons may include but are not limited to:
- Suspected fraud
- Inventory shortages
- Pricing errors
- Duplicate orders

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
5. Product Information
We strive to display product colors, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible.
Due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, manufacturing variations, and photography, actual product colors may vary slightly.
Small variations do not constitute defects.
6. Education & Live Events
Enrollment in Kandykrylix educational programs is limited and subject to acceptance.
Workshop enrollment may require an application before payment is accepted.
Acceptance into a class is not guaranteed.
Kandykrylix reserves the right to deny enrollment at its sole discretion.
Deposits
Deposits reserve your seat after acceptance into a program.
Unless otherwise stated, deposits are:
- Applied toward tuition
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
If Kandykrylix cancels a class, all payments made will be refunded or transferred to a future class at the student’s choice.
Tuition
Remaining tuition balances must be paid by the published due date.
Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in forfeiture of your reserved seat without refund of your deposit.
Student Conduct
To maintain a professional learning environment, Kandykrylix reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate.
Removal from class does not entitle the student to a refund.
7. Coaching Services
Private coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance.
Rescheduling requests require at least 48 hours’ notice unless otherwise agreed.
Missed coaching sessions without notice may be forfeited.
Coaching results vary based on each individual’s effort, experience, consistency, and business practices.
Kandykrylix does not guarantee business growth, income, licensing success, or specific financial results.
8. Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated, all digital products, downloads, videos, templates, PDFs, workbooks, and educational materials are non-refundable.
Sharing, copying, reproducing, redistributing, or reselling digital materials is strictly prohibited.
9. Intellectual Property
All content created by Kandykrylix is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Logos
- Product names
- Branding
- Product photography
- Educational curriculum
- Videos
- Demonstrations
- Presentations
- Workbooks
- Downloads
- Social media content
- Website content
No portion may be reproduced, distributed, copied, recorded, taught, sold, or reused without prior written permission.
10. Photography & Media
Photography and video may be captured during live classes, workshops, coaching sessions, or events.
By participating, you grant Kandykrylix permission to use photographs and video for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
11. User Content
If you submit reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, or other content to Kandykrylix, you grant Kandykrylix permission to use that content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website may include links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, products, or practices of any third-party website.
13. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate.
