At Kandykrylix, every order is packed with care. Due to the nature of professional beauty products, we maintain the following return policy.


All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Incorrect color selection
  • Buyer remorse
  • Change of mind

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want every order to arrive exactly as expected.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Leaking
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the situation and, if appropriate, replace the affected item at no additional cost.


Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please keep all original packaging and take photographs before discarding anything.

This helps us work with the shipping carrier when necessary.


Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost during transit, please contact us.

We’ll work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.


Refused or Returned Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Failure to claim the package
  • Refused delivery

may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Education & Coaching Purchases

Deposits for workshops, bootcamps, coaching, and all other educational events are non-refundable unless Kandykrylix cancels the event.
