Shipping

All orders, excluding presale & wholesale items, will be shipped within 5 business days from the date of the order being received. Presale items can take up to 30 business days to ship & wholesale items typically ship within 10 business days.

Please do not email or DM about tracking numbers or shipping before your timeframe has expired. Please do not email or DM about where your package is, as we only have access to the same information as you- your tracking number.


No orders will be split up. If you order a presale item with other items, the order will be shipped all together.

Keep in mind that USPS is having a hard time managing the amount of packages coming through the postal system, and it is possible that your order could be delayed once taken to the post office. If you have concerns about the shipping times, please contact USPS. We at Kandykrylix have zero control over how fast your package gets to you, and where your package is. 


Refunds

All sales are final. We will not issue refunds for any reason. If you order product that is out of stock, we will replace it with the next available like-item, at no price change. This will be done at our discretion, and you will not be contacted for approval. Replacement item(s) can be sent at no cost to you, due only to damage or issues within our control. (i.e. if it’s packed sealed & arrives damaged - that is on USPS)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by possibly replacing the item.

Lost Package

If your order is lost in transit, or states it’s been delivered and it hasn’t, please contact your local USPS facility. All shipping labels contain a GPS tracking system, and each time the labels are scanned, the location is Geotracked, meaning your package can be found. If your item is truly lost, please reach out to us.
