EDUCATION POLICIES

Welcome to Kandykrylix Education! We’re honored you’ve chosen to invest in your education with us. To ensure the best possible experience for every student, please review the following policies before enrolling.
Enrollment
Enrollment is limited and available on a first-approved, first-served basis unless otherwise stated.
Some workshops require an application before payment is accepted.
Acceptance into a class is not guaranteed.
Kandykrylix reserves the right to deny enrollment at its discretion to maintain the integrity of each educational program.
Deposits
A deposit secures your seat once your application has been accepted.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Deposits are applied toward your total tuition.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits are non-transferable.
Your seat is not reserved until your deposit has been successfully received.
Tuition Balance
Any remaining tuition balance must be paid by the deadline provided in your acceptance email.
Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in your seat being released to another student without refund of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your attendance, please notify us as soon as possible.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Tuition payments may be transferred to another Kandykrylix class only if approved in writing.
- No refunds will be issued for missed classes or no-shows.
If Kandykrylix Cancels
If Kandykrylix must cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, students will have the option to:
- Transfer to a future class, or
- Receive a full refund of all tuition paid.
Kandykrylix is not responsible for travel expenses, hotel reservations, airfare, or other costs associated with attending a class.
Student Expectations
We are committed to creating a positive, encouraging, and professional learning environment.
Students are expected to:
- Arrive on time.
- Treat instructors and fellow students with respect.
- Participate professionally.
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures.
- Come prepared with any required supplies listed before class.
Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class without refund.
Photography & Video
Photos and video may be captured during classes for educational and promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant Kandykrylix permission to use photographs or video that may include your likeness unless you notify us in writing before the event.
Educational Materials
All workbooks, presentations, demonstrations, videos, handouts, downloads, and other course materials remain the intellectual property of Kandykrylix.
Students may not:
- Copy
- Record
- Sell
- Teach
- Redistribute
- Upload
- Share
any portion of the curriculum without written permission.
Certification
Unless specifically stated otherwise, completion of a Kandykrylix class does not grant professional licensing or certification recognized by any state licensing board.
Students are responsible for complying with all licensing requirements in their own state or country.
Results Disclaimer
Every student learns differently.
While our goal is to provide high-quality education, Kandykrylix cannot guarantee individual results, income, clientele growth, licensing outcomes, or business success.
Your success depends on your effort, consistency, and continued practice.
